South Wales Wedding Photography and Wedding Videography Offer
There's only a few days left to save £200 on packages with my New Years Offer. If you're after a few ideas and some inspiration for your wedding then read on.
In this blog post I talk about
- Some of the weddings you can expect to see soon on the blog…
- How more couples are booking fusion packages and saving photography and videography together, especially with the £200 off offer I’m running.
- Looking forward to my first destination wedding this year
- Looking forward to Cwtchfest
Although wintertime is generally a quiet time of year for wedding photographers it's been pretty non-stop for me. I'm excited for the year ahead with lots of new wedding venues to shoot at as well as some of my old favourites.
This winter was jam packed full of photography with both weddings and my work for the MA documentary photography. I just received my marks back after my first year and currently I’m on track for a good grade (I don't want to say what it is and jinx myself, you’ll have to check back in a year LOL).
You can expect to see some amazing weddings on the blog soon when they’re edited up. I really love winter weddings, here are a few teasers from some of the latest weddings, follow the Facebook page and see more when they get posted here.
This month I have been running an offer to help kick start the year by offering £200 off packages. I have been flooded with people enquiring, and if you're interested in booking a wedding photographer or videographer and want to take advantage of the offer you still have a few days left so drop me a line via button below and we can have a chat.
This year I have a lot more couples booking me for both wedding photography and wedding videography. I've shot both for a while now and it was only a year or two ago I thought about offering them together. It worked out very well and it saves couples a lot of money if they are looking for both wedding photography and wedding videography.
I offer two packages for videography one is the indie film package and the other the cinema film package. I have lots of new films to share in blog posts coming up, if you want to see one now then check out Liz and Ross's Indie film I shot last year in Llantwit major follow link below if you want to see more examples of wedding videography films.
This year I'm also shooting my first destination wedding. I had plenty of experience shooting other photography work overseas but never a wedding, I've not really thought about advertising as a specialist destination wedding photographer, but I guess couples might be looking for information that states that this photographer does destination weddings. What do you think? I didn't think about it because I've worked as a photographer and filmmaker, not just shooting weddings, but other work too.
Being overseas is always an exciting perk to the job and I didn't think some photographers wouldn't be able to do it wrong. Are you getting married overseas? Becky and I would have loved to run away and elope somewhere (we didn’t in the end), I would love to hear your thoughts on looking for a photographer if you are having an overseas wedding. If you see a photographer you like but their website doesn’t mention destination weddings would you still inquire?
If you’ve been to the blog or the website before then you will know that I offer free engagement shoots with every package. I'm hoping to get quite a few shot this spring and I’m always trying to think of new ideas and new places to go to keep things fresh. Keep posted for more engagement shoots when they come up as my favourites from last year.
The last bit of news that I have for all of you lovely couples is that I will be at some amazing events throughout the year. The first one being Cwtchfest, I go to Cwtch every year and its fantastic, it’s organised by Maria and the other bloggers over at Cwtch the bride. They do an amazing job putting on a fun day out for the family, where couples who are looking to get married can meet with wedding photographers and videographers like myself as well as other wedding suppliers. The best thing about it, is it’s unlike other wedding fayres. It has a festival vibe and everyone who attends is picked the Cwtch team, with an emphasis on it being a fun day.
I literally only go to a few fayres (if any) Cwtch is always amazing, most other fayres are often really gross and salesy with suppliers jumping in front of people and throwing leaflets at them, not my bag at all.
Becky normally comes along with me and it’s a great chance for us to catch up with all the other wedding suppliers that we’ve worked with over the years. It's on April 22 so come along and say hi, we’ll be there.
Don't forget if you are still about to book your wedding photography or videography you can save £200 if you book by the end of the month.
